IMG_2253My style of helping is person-centred.  Depending on the individual, we might use motivational interviewing, a solution-focused approach, shadow work, mindfulness and meditation, or other yogic therapies.

Sometimes a bit of direction and guidance can make a world of difference so that life can once again flow in a positive direction, with an increase in sense of agency – the awareness that one is responsible for his/her own growth.

Counseling/Coaching sessions can take place in-person, via Skype, or in written communication via email.
